As we reflect on our rebuilding journey this Thanksgiving, we are especially grateful for the opportunity to bring what we’ve learned into our work in Altadena. The Marshall Fire taught us that rebuilding is not just construction — it’s compassion, consistency, and community.

On Dec 30, 2021 our role as a homebuilder took on new meaning after the Marshall fire swept through our community. We immediately stepped into the role of rebuilding homes for families who lost everything. To date, we have rebuilt 12% of the homes lost to this fire. Our first rebuild closed April 14th, 2023.
