At Remington Rebuilds, we believe rebuilding a home after wildfire loss takes more than blueprints and construction. It takes a dedicated team that understands the process — and the emotions — that come with starting over.

We’re proud to introduce the people behind the work: the architects, designers, builders, and project managers who bring experience, care, and collaboration to every home we rebuild.

More Than Builders

We’re more than homebuilders — we’re your rebuilding team.

That means we guide you through each step — from lot assessment and architectural design to permitting, construction, and final finishes. With 50+ years of homebuilding experience and firsthand knowledge from rebuilding 125 homes after Colorado’s Marshall Fire, our team brings both expertise and empathy to every project.

Where Our Purpose Began

Our story changed on December 30, 2021, when the Marshall Fire swept through our own community. In the aftermath, we helped families rebuild their homes — and, through that experience, we found a new purpose.

Remington Rebuilds was created as a division of Remington Homes dedicated solely to helping communities recover after wildfire destruction.

Bringing Experience to California

Now, we’re bringing that experience to California — beginning in Altadena — where families are preparing to rebuild after recent fires. Our California-licensed team combines the strength of a seasoned homebuilder with our rebuilding experience.

A Team That Understands

We have rebuilding experience plus decades of homebuilding knowledge, we know the questions, the uncertainty, and the hope that come with starting again.

From the first meeting to move-in day, we'll help you navigate decisions, visualize your design, and feel supported through every phase.

Here to Help You Rebuild Home

Our goal is simple: to make rebuilding a home after loss a little easier — with guidance, clarity, and care every step of the way.

🏡 We understand this process — and we’re here to help.
