As President, Guillaume leads Remington Rebuilds’ overall vision, strategy, and operations. He works closely with the company’s leadership, construction, purchasing, design, and client-facing teams to ensure each rebuild is approached with the experience, coordination, and accountability homeowners need. Guillaume’s focus is on building a strong organization around the families Remington serves—bringing together thoughtful planning, experienced homebuilding, and practical solutions to help homeowners move forward with confidence.

As VP Operations, Ryan leads Remington Rebuilds’ operations in Altadena and works directly with homeowners throughout the rebuilding process. He takes the time to understand what each family wants to rebuild, what their insurance and budget will support, and the challenges unique to their property and situation. From there, Ryan coordinates Remington’s teams to keep the process organized, questions answered, and each rebuild moving from initial planning through construction with clarity and confidence.

As VP of Sales and Client Relations, Holly leads Remington’s team of Rebuild Specialists and ensures they are knowledgeable, responsive, and empathetic to the needs of the communities we serve. She provides the training, resources, and support needed for the team to clearly explain Remington’s plans, pricing, and rebuilding process. Holly’s focus is making sure every family receives informed, thoughtful, and consistent guidance from their first conversation with Remington.

As Operations Manager, Jerri supports our Altadena office and serves as a local point of contact for homeowners throughout their rebuild. An Altadena resident who was also impacted by the Eaton Fire, she understands the community and many of the challenges families are navigating. Jerri helps homeowners get answers, review plans and design samples, and stay informed through project updates. She also coordinates permitting, community events, and day-to-day office operations, helping keep homeowners and the Remington team connected.

As Remington’s in-house designer, Christina works with homeowners to develop custom plan revisions that reflect how they want to live while respecting the architectural character of Altadena. She assists with custom plan requests, design revisions, and the details that make each home feel personal to the family rebuilding it. Christina also helps ensure Remington’s designs complement Altadena’s distinctive neighborhoods, architectural styles, and history while meeting the practical needs of modern living.

As Operations Manager, Emily coordinates the architectural, structural, and permitting work required to move each rebuild toward construction. Working primarily behind the scenes, she manages plan and document submissions, tracks projects through the approval process, and helps address California-specific building and permitting requirements. Emily also supports the VP of Construction with field-related coordination, helping ensure the project team has the information, approvals, and documentation needed to keep each rebuild moving forward.

As VP Construction, Jim oversees construction operations and manages each project from permit issuance through completion. With more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry, he brings extensive knowledge of residential building, project management, scheduling, and quality control. Jim works closely with field teams and trade partners to solve problems, maintain construction standards, and ensure each home is built with care and attention to detail.

As VP Purchasing, Darren oversees purchasing, pricing, and trade partnerships for Remington Rebuilds. He works closely with vendors, subcontractors, and Remington’s construction team to evaluate costs, source materials, and identify practical solutions for each project. His understanding of construction methods and project requirements helps the team make informed decisions, manage costs, and maintain the quality homeowners expect throughout their rebuild.

As Warranty Manager, Cari supports homeowners after construction is complete and serves as their primary contact for warranty-related needs. She coordinates service requests, communicates with homeowners and trade partners, and tracks each item through resolution. Cari’s organization and responsiveness help ensure homeowners continue to feel supported after move-in and that warranty concerns are handled clearly, efficiently, and with care.

As Accounting Manager, Kate oversees client billing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. She works with homeowners to ensure invoices, payments, and financial records are accurate, organized, and clearly communicated. Kate helps keep the financial side of each project running smoothly and serves as a dependable resource for clients with billing or payment questions.

As Chief Financial Officer, Doug oversees Remington Rebuilds’ financial operations and helps ensure the company remains positioned to support homeowners throughout the entire rebuilding process. He manages financial planning, reporting, and project-related financial controls. Doug’s oversight provides the financial structure and accountability needed to operate responsibly, manage projects effectively, and deliver long-term stability for our clients and trade partners.

As VP of Marketing, Haley leads Remington Rebuilds’ communication, outreach, and brand strategy. She works to ensure homeowners and community partners receive clear, relevant information about our rebuilding experience, process, and resources. Through digital content, local events, and community engagement, Haley helps keep Altadena families informed with messaging that is useful, consistent, and respectful of what the community has experienced.
