We’ve officially purchased the lot for our future model home in Altadena, our site sign is now in place, and we’re preparing to open our local office in January. Behind the scenes, we’re also continuing to build relationships and local partnerships to ensure we’re ready to serve homeowners thoughtfully and responsibly.

As the holidays arrive and the one-year anniversary of the fires nears, we remain deeply mindful of the losses families have endured and the long road many are still navigating. Rebuilding is not just a construction process — it’s emotional, complex, and deeply personal.

Our focus has never been about moving fast or making noise. It’s about taking the right steps, at the right pace, so that when families are ready, we can show up with experience, clarity, and genuine support.
