“Altadena rebuild homeowners speaking at Solutions Summit”

This weekend, we had the opportunity to participate in the Solutions Summit hosted by Rebuilding California.

We’re grateful to everyone who stopped by our table — whether you came with detailed rebuilding questions or simply to introduce yourself.

Events like this remind us that rebuilding is not just about construction. It’s about conversation.

Thank You to the Homeowners Who Shared Their Questions

We heard thoughtful, practical questions about:

  • Where to begin

  • How floorplans fit different lots

  • One-story versus two-story considerations

  • ADUs and long-term flexibility

  • Outdoor living design

  • Insurance timing and construction timelines

Rebuilding after wildfire comes with many decisions. Being able to sit down, talk through options, and answer questions face-to-face matters.

Thank You to Rebuilding California

We’re also grateful to Rebuilding California for hosting an event that brought homeowners and rebuilding professionals together in one space.

Creating room for steady, informative conversations is an important part of recovery. Community-focused events like this help homeowners move forward with more confidence and less uncertainty.

Continuing the Conversation

If you attended the summit and would like to continue the conversation, we’re here.

And if you weren’t able to attend but have questions about rebuilding in Altadena — where to start, what happens first, or how our floorplans are designed for this community — you can reach out anytime.

With over 50 years of homebuilding experience, and firsthand wildfire rebuilding expertise after helping rebuild more than 129 homes, we understand how important clarity is during this process.

Rebuilding is hard. We can help.

Thank you again to everyone who stopped by. We’re grateful to be part of this community.
