Join Us for a Q&A with Our VP of Construction

We’d love to invite you to a focused Q&A session with our VP of Construction, Jim.

This will be a small-group conversation for homeowners rebuilding in Altadena — a chance to ask practical questions, hear directly from someone with deep construction and rebuilding experience, and bring a neighbor who may also want to be part of the conversation.

Meet Jim

Jim has personally overseen the rebuilding of 130 homes lost to wildfires and has helped build nearly 1,000 homes over the course of his career at Remington.

He is now helping guide homeowners in Altadena through the rebuild process step by step.

For homeowners with questions about construction, timing, decision-making, and what to expect, this is a valuable opportunity to hear directly from the person leading that side of the work.

What this session is for

This Q&A is meant to be practical, focused, and conversational.

Homeowners are welcome to bring questions about topics such as:

  • what the rebuild process actually looks like

  • how construction timing works

  • what to expect during preconstruction and permitting

  • how plan choices and customization affect the build

  • what homeowners should be thinking about early on

  • how to approach rebuilding with more clarity

The goal is not to cover everything all at once. It is to create space for a more useful conversation.

Q&A details

Q&A with VP of Construction

April 28 | 6–8 PM

2450 N Lake Ave.

Altadena

Because this is intended to be a smaller, more focused gathering, space may be limited.

Bring a neighbor

If you know a neighbor who is also actively exploring their rebuild, feel free to bring them along. We know many homeowners are having these conversations street by street, block by block, and sometimes it helps to attend with someone you know.

We’d love to see you there

If you have rebuilding questions and want the chance to ask them in a more personal setting, we hope you’ll join us.
