Open House Highlights: Thank You, Altadena

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our recent Open House in Altadena.
We were so grateful for the turnout and for all the good conversations throughout the afternoon. It was wonderful to connect with homeowners, neighbors, community members, and local partners and to share more about who we are and what we do.
The event also included a ribbon cutting with the Altadena Chamber of Commerce, which made the day feel especially meaningful as we continue putting down roots in the community.
Throughout the Open House, we had the chance to talk with attendees about many of the questions homeowners are asking right now — from floorplans and pricing to timelines, process, and what it really looks like to rebuild with an experienced builder guiding the way.
We shared more about our thoughtful home plans designed for Altadena lots, our fixed pricing approach, and our coordinated design-build process. For many guests, the event was a chance to better understand how rebuilding can feel more clear, organized, and manageable with the right team in place.
More than anything, the afternoon reminded us how much face-to-face conversation matters. In a crowded and often overwhelming rebuilding environment, there is real value in being able to meet in person, ask questions, and have honest conversations about next steps.
We’re also grateful to the Altadena Chamber of Commerce for being part of our ribbon cutting, and to community partners including Altadena Brick by Brick, Teresa Fuller and members of her real estate group, and We Out Here Altadena for their support and presence.
Thank you again to everyone who stopped by, asked questions, and spent time with us. We’re grateful for the warm welcome and encouraged by the connections we made.
We look forward to sharing more highlights from the event soon.
