Join Us at the Altadena Build Together Fair on April 11

Rebuilding comes with a lot of questions — and often, the hardest part is knowing where to start.


That is one reason events like the Altadena Build Together Fair matter. The fair is scheduled for Saturday, April 11, from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM at Victory Park, and is designed to connect homeowners with trusted builders, designers, and other rebuild resources.


At Remington Rebuilds, we will be there to talk with homeowners about rebuilding in a more practical, more informed way — including price, product, process, and what next steps can look like.

How long does a rebuild take?

Timing varies, especially during pre-construction and permitting, but in general many rebuild timelines fall in the range of several months once approvals are in place. Our goal is to keep the process as clear and efficient as possible.


What should I expect for property taxes?

Property taxes can vary depending on factors such as prior assessed value, rebuild value, and county regulations. While we are not tax advisors, we help homeowners think through these factors so they can better understand potential costs.
