Showing Up: The Solutions Summit This Saturday

This Saturday, we’ll be participating in the Solutions Summit hosted by Rebuilding California.

Rebuilding after wildfire brings a lot of moving parts — insurance timelines, design decisions, permitting questions, floorplan options, and understanding what happens first. It’s easy to feel overwhelmed, especially when information comes from many different directions.

The Solutions Summit creates space for something simple but important: conversation.

Why We’re Participating

Recently, we shared a blog post about how rebuilding starts with a conversation.

That belief shapes how we approach everything — from the first phone call to the final walkthrough.

Participating in this summit is an extension of that mindset. It’s an opportunity to meet homeowners in person, answer questions, and provide clarity without pressure.

Whether someone is ready to begin rebuilding or simply trying to understand their options, the first step doesn’t require commitment — it requires a conversation.

What We’ll Be Talking About

At the summit, we’ll be available to discuss:

  • Thoughtfully designed floorplans created specifically for Altadena rebuilds

  • One- and two-story options, ADUs, and integrated outdoor living spaces

  • What the rebuilding process looks like from design through construction

  • How coordination and clear communication make the process more manageable

Drawing on over 50 years of homebuilding experience — and firsthand wildfire rebuilding expertise after helping rebuild more than 125 homes — we understand how important clarity is during recovery.

If You’re Attending

If you’re attending the Solutions Summit this Saturday, we’d welcome the opportunity to meet you. And if you’re not attending but would like to start with a conversation, you can reach out anytime.

Rebuilding is hard. We’re here to help you understand the steps ahead.
