Looking Back at Our First Completed Rebuild After the Marshall Fire.

On Dec 30, 2021 our role as a homebuilder took on new meaning after the Marshall fire swept through our community. We immediately stepped into the role of rebuilding homes for families who lost everything. To date, we have rebuilt 12% of the homes lost to this fire.


Our first rebuild closed April 14th, 2023. This was a VERY BIG DAY for our trusting homeowner who'd been through so much. This was also a very meaningful day for our entire rebuild team.

This was the beginning of our rebuilding journey and our commitment to helping families across the country rebuild their homes after wildfires. Today we bring this experience compassion to those in Altadena.
